  • Investigative Support & Failure Analysis: Participate in out-of-specification (OOS) and alert-limit investigations, conducting data collection, root-cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
  • Laboratory Operations & Quality Systems: Maintain accurate analysis logs, manage digital LIMS data entry, and oversee safe treatment and disposal of infectious biological waste per regulatory guidelines.
  • Equipment Qualification & Vendor Supervision: Supervise external vendors during Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of lab instrumentation and equipment.
  • Plant Training & Capability Building: Conduct site training sessions on micro-awareness, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and cleaning & sanitation (C&S) procedures for manufacturing personnel.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in microbiological testing, plant hygiene, or similar laboratory operations.
  • Hands-on experience working with digital laboratory management systems (LIMS).
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical knowledge of general microbiological methods, pathogen testing, and environmental monitoring.
  • Practical application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), EOHS guidelines, and Quality Systems.
  • Experience with equipment calibration, verification, and qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office for data tracking and technical documentation.
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Note: This is a temporary position for a period of 8 months.
