- Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the plant's microbiology program in accordance with company requirements and local regulations.
- Communication of results through established industrial microbiology scorecards and systems.
- Management of the microbiology laboratory.
- Assessment of microbiological risks within the framework of the change and process management system, review of proposals.
- University degree in microbiology, including industrial microbiology or experience in industry. (minimum BSc)
- University degree in engineering, if it includes microbiological qualifications, such as biotechnology, food and dairy engineering, brewing, etc. (minimum BSc)
Able to communicate in English
Minimum basic knowledge of Czech or Slovak
Display leadership, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
You can presentyour own results, as well as those of the entire department
You are proactiveand flexible
You have a desire to constantlylearn and develop
You have communication skills
Previous experience in similar roles will be considered as advantage, but this position is offered to the fresh graduates as well

Rakona plant is located in the heart of the city Rakovník. Its magnificent history begun 150 years ago when František Otta, local soap manufacturer, founded the plant as the facility for his growing business. After the second world war the plant was nationalized and after the Velvet revolution it becomes part of the Procter & Gamble as first international acquisition in the Czech history. Nowadays Rakona has 3 main operation areas (Dry Laundry operation, Fabric Enhancers operation and Hand Dish Wash operation).
