Michelin Guide : Food Inspector

Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of meals and provide detailed reports
Efficiently plan trips and manage time, coordinating with team members
Monitor various media outlets for restaurant-related information within the assigned market.
Expected a minimum of 260 meal inspections annually
Be willing to travel internationally
Qualifications:
A deep passion for gastronomy with extensive culinary knowledge
Integrity, discretion, and respect for the requirement of anonymity
Flexibility to travel frequently, including regular evening and occasional weekend assignments
Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous
Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently
Exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and strong observational abilities
Thai native speaker with English fluency
Hold a valid driving license is a great plus
