Job Purpose:

The primary role of MICE Product & Contracting is to operate end-to-end business/ project/ query.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare itemized Premium Ad Hoc/ MICE offers tailored to client requirements

• Screen and clarify requests received from the Sales team

• Conduct desk research for non-contracted suppliers, rates, and related services

• Utilize KT product platform to check initial rates and availability (Hotels & Venues)

• Prepare detailed breakdown quotations in Excel and share with the Sales team

• Create PowerPoint presentations at the offer stage, as required

• Liaise with backend Support MICE teams and Procurement teams to arrange pre-bookings of hotels and critical services, ensuring monitoring of deadlines

• Coordinate with Quotation team to update and upload new MICE (Meetings Incentives Conference Exhibitions) products for MICE stakeholders

Key Responsibilities- Operations:

• Control service and hotel confirmations (quality and pricing) through coordination with the VI (Vertical Integration) MCC (MICE Competent Centre) team

• Design and prepare meal plans tailored to client requirements

• Develop detailed Excel-based flowcharts for itineraries, services, and hotel arrangements

• Communicate directly with agents to ensure clarity and smooth operations

• Act as a runner and participate in tour inspections whenever required

Knowledge & Skills:

• Relevant experience of 5 to 8 years in a Europe Destination Management

• Strong communication (Written & Spoken) skills in English (Any European language proficiency preferred but not mandatory).

• In depth destination knowledge - Europe

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (data analysis in Excel)

• Planning and proactive work approach.

• Hardworking and reliable.

• Self-motivated and a good teamwork player.

• Good negotiation skills.

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and accuracy
