Job Description

We are looking for MICE Experience Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience. You’ll ensure events are successful and memorable. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement sales in operational activities for MICE and events business.
  • Proactively target MICE opportunities in local and international markets specially in Chinese Market
  • Proactively sell the hotels’ event spaces and drive Rooms and F&B revenue into the event, restaurant, and bar areas.
  • Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events.
  • Establish business and market share for MICE and special events business.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies.

Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen only
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Skilled in project management
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A knack for problem-solving
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
  • Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management, Public Relations, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable.
