Basis: Full time

Remuneration Salary

Main duties:

• Manage the full enquiry lifecycle with creative proposals and budgets to win business
• Act as the lead contact for international clients, conducting site visits and negotiations
• Coordinate all event logistics and timelines while briefing internal teams
• Lead on-site execution, managing supplier performance and troubleshooting issues
• Drive profitability through budget monitoring, rate negotiation, and final account reconciliation
• Cultivate partner networks and market trends to expand the MICE portfolio
• Support business development through high-impact pitches and innovative event concepts

What skills do you need:

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in MICE, Groups, FIT's & DMC operations
• Sales experience with strong budgeting and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the destination and supplier network
• Proficient in Canva & Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages, especially German, are an asset)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
