Our model combines insight, creative, production, execution and optimisation to provide clients with a broad range of effective and impactful point-of-purchase visual communications.

We are invested in understanding the complex and dynamic challenges facing brands and retailers and our services are specifically designed to navigate this complexity and boost competitiveness across multiple markets and languages.

Role Overview

The MHE Trainer & Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative is responsible for ensuring that employees operating forklift trucks and reach trucks are trained, assessed and authorised to carry out their duties safely and competently.

The role will also have responsibility for supporting the onboarding and operational induction of new starters, ensuring that employees understand the company's processes, health and safety requirements, warehouse standards and operational expectations from the beginning of their employment.

When training and onboarding activities are not required, the role will work as part of the Operational Stock Team, supporting the day-to-day movement, control, organisation and accuracy of stock across the site.

The role therefore combines training, development, compliance and hands-on warehouse operations, requiring a strong understanding of both FLT operations and stock management.

  • Conduct equipment pre-use checks, report defects and escalate hazards, accidents and near misses.
  • Challenge unsafe practices and maintain safe working standards across the warehouse.
  1. Training Records & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of training, assessments, qualifications and operator authorisations.
  • Monitor refresher training and renewal requirements, ensuring documentation is completed correctly and available for audits.
