Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Specialist, based in the Mumbai Office. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transport for employees and event participants. Key tasks include maintaining seamless communication with clients and vendors, offering top-notch customer service related to travel queries, and effectively coordinating business travel needs. The role also involves ensuring cost efficiency while adhering to the organization’s travel policies.

Qualifications

• 7-10 Years of Proficiency & Experience in managing Travel Arrangements and Business Travel logistics – Both Domestic & International
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate seamlessly with stakeholders i.e. Airlines, Hotels, Travel Service Partners, Internal Team like Project, Operations, Finance etc.
• Proven experience in End-to-End Travel Management and handling client-specific travel requirements
• Managing Visa requirements for Corporate & Event Related International Travels incl. guidance/assistance to exhibitors & visitors.
• Travel Service Partner Management incl. their Invoice Submissions and Payments.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in travel booking software, MS Office and Other productivity tools
• Previous experience in event management or working within the trade fair industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field is advantageous
