The role reports to the Technology Lead and supports the oversight of Group Property Management (GPM) technology and technology information security, covering a full spectrum including technology governance and information security. It encompasses both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) domains. The role works closely with the OCBC Group stakeholders and third-party vendors to address GPM’s technology, cybersecurity, and cyber defence matter to support the business operations locally and regionally.

What you do

Technology Administration

  • Provide overall stewardship of technology administration, ensuring secure and seamless user access, reliable endpoint environments, and effective use of enterprise productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365.
  • Oversee and contribute to technology operations budgeting and planning to ensure optimal allocation of resources aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Maintain strong visibility over technology assets and lifecycle management
  • Ensure good documentation and reporting practices to support transparency, provide meaningful operational insight, and enable continuous improvement.

Technology Governance

  • Assist to manage and oversee the technology and technology information security.
  • Provides leadership in establishing and enforcing robust technology governance and risk management practices, including the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards aligned with regulatory and OCBC Group expectations.
  • Ensures compliance with industry standards., demonstrates sound awareness of fundamental cybersecurity principles
  • Conducts regular IT risk assessments
  • Maintains technology risk registers
  • Supports audit activities while driving timely resolution of identified risks.
  • Provide advisory and support on technology and technology information security matters.
  • Foster productive partnerships with business owners and manage technology service providers.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on technology administration or systems management experience.

  • Prior experience in a property, real estate, or facilities management environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Intune or equivalent MDM solutions.

  • Familiarity with technology systems such as BMS, SCADA, or building automation platforms.

  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall configurations).

  • Experience with property management SaaS (Software as a service) is a plus.

  • Basic cybersecurity knowledge — understanding of common threats, security controls, and best practices.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrates independence, sound judgment, and effective prioritisation in fast-paced environments, while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach across cross-functional teams.

  • Exhibits integrity and professional courage to stand firm on well-founded decisions, constructively engaging stakeholders, with a consistent commitment
