The Recruiting Manager is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and plays a critical role in helping to shape the workforce at Marriott International.
The Recruiting team owns the end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience and hiring manager relationships. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional leadership across the recruiting team with a core focus on managing and developing recruiting coordinators and analysts along with overseeing TA Operations for this group.
As the Recruiting Manager you will:
Act as a strategic partner to HR and Hiring Managers to optimize the efficiency of the recruitment funnel. This includes anticipating business needs, aligning talent acquisition plans with organizational goals, and ensuring a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting non-management talent.
Assist in carrying out the daily activities of the Talent Acquisition function related to the non-management centralized recruitment including facilitating the flow of positions assigned to each recruiting coordinator, overseeing the effectiveness of applicant flow and necessary marketing of roles, monitoring screening and interviewing logistics, tracking candidate progress in our recruiting systems via reporting, and triaging and resolving.
Engage as a leader on the team managing daily operational deadlines, providing coaching, training and development. Assist in ensuring all TA processes are completed, accurately and timely; as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.
The Recruiting Manager will have 3 areas of focus: program management, team development and support, and leading project work.
