General information

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven material planner + Advance SCM to spearhead system development and supply chain initiatives. Custoemr Service / Demand management is a key role in supply chain and manufacturing operations. Their main responsibility is to ensure that materials required for production or distribution are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Forecasting demand based on sales projections and historical data.

• Provide regular Rolling Forecast to Production and Buyers

• Release Production Planning & Monitoring

• Planning SIOP monthly meeting for production plan confirmation with all stackeholders

• alignment with sales and BU for further SOCO and forecasting and updates system accordingly

• Customer delivery schedule adherence / Daily interaction with all customers for DI

• Align with Sales for SOCO and CDP updating / release.

• Carry out ABC Classification for materials as regular intervals (Quarterly)

• Planning and scheduling the delivery of materials.

• Inventory management to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

• Close coordination with Asia Pacific / Germany supply chain teams

• Achieve On Time Delivery Target for Vendors on in bound side

• Monitoring material usage and adjusting orders accordingly.
• Collaborating with procurement, production, and logistics teams.

• Monthly basis monitor Key Performance Indicators for SCM

• Implement SPS initiative in the responsible area for waste elimination.

• Development packaging and Logistics material flow.
• Digitalization project imrovement

Skills & Tools:

• ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
• Analytical skills
• Communication & negotiation
• Problem-solving & adaptability
• reporting and implementing recommended actions. Therefore, this position will bring the essential
• competencies in analytics, alongside core digital and content expertise. including Power BI
• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM
• Problem solving approach.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan.

Your Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience
• BE / Graduate (any); Additional certification (Specialization)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Good understanding of supply chain operation,
• Ability to work on Analytics tools including Power BI
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and material management programs
• Creative bend of mind, able to work in teams, and considers collaboration as a strength
