Lead Cross-Functional Supply Chain initiatives that improve network service, cost, and operational performance. This role partners across Planning, Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Customer Service to coordinate complex projects, remove organizational barriers and drive sustainable solutions. The position also provides leadership for the centralized planning role, strengthening collaboration between Planning and Commercial while supporting strategic execution across the organization.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex supply chain and business transformation initiatives requiring coordination across manufacturing, planning, commercial, procurement, customer service, operations, and IT teams. Manage large-scale projects such as SKU transitions, network optimization efforts, simplification initiatives, and other strategic business priorities. Develop project charters, timelines, communication plans, stakeholder alignment strategies, and executive updates to ensure successful project execution and delivery of business benefits. Facilitate structured problem-solving through root cause analysis, risk assessment, corrective actions, and implementation of sustainable solutions.
  • Drive network-wide initiatives focused on improving service (OTIF), inventory, cost performance (including destroyed product), and planning effectiveness.
    Define, monitor, and refine departmental and network metrics to ensure accountability, performance management, and achievement of business objectives. Translate complex operational and supply chain data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
    Establish, standardize, and maintain best practices, SOPs, and governance processes that improve planning, collaboration, and operational execution across the network.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams to prioritize opportunities, evaluate risks versus benefits, and align resources to strategic business objectives.
    Lead change management efforts that drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across planning and commercial organizations. Coach, influence, and support planning teams to strengthen collaboration, improve execution, and achieve customer and network priorities.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business Management, Supply Chain or closely related field required.
  • At least 5 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is required.
  • Experience of utilization of ERP system (like JDE) for optimizing business process.
  • APICS/ASCM certification is preferred. Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of various aspects of supply chain planning including inventory optimization, supply and demand, prioritization, and down-time planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage cross-functional priorities, and clear communication of complex issues.
  • Proven track record of implementation and continuous improvement of processes leading to excellence in fulfillment and customer experience.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of self-management, independently prioritizing work, making sound decisions, and delivering results with minimal supervision.
