Regional Sales Managers (RSM)areresponsible for managing a team of8-12 field based Account Managersin a region This is completed through hiring, training, and developing the Sales team, developing sales strategy, andsetting expectations. The RSM assists their Account Managers in driving new revenue, growing territories, and focusing on top key accounts withinWound Care, Urology, Ostomy,andIncontinence. RSM’sare responsible for providing high quality service to our providers and customers for the efficient and profitable operationof Byram
The anticipated salary range for this position is $147,640.00 - $221,004.00. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Develop a sales strategy with the Vice President, Sales
Develop a strategic plan to execute the sales strategy with theirAccount Managers.
Develop key relationships with large volume HCP.
Maintain visibility by riding in the field with Account Managers Tuesday-Thursday; Mondays and Fridays are remote days focusing on leadership, team, and individual calls and meetings.
Metricsand performanceare expected to be at 100% to quota in new revenue goals while also achieving YOY market growth.
Support the Account Managers oncore business activities within a territory’s top accounts, focusing on Quarterly Business Accounts.
Ensure that partnerships withByram’s manufacturing partners in the fieldare met
Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Compliance Program to ensure all legal and ethical requirements and regulations are met.
Collaborate with colleagues in Operations, Reimbursement, and Managed Care to develop and execute pull through initiatives for all referral sources within their defined territory.
Responsible for escalating and resolving any internal issues and concerns that Account Managers are not able to resolve on their own.
Maintain a high level of knowledge on Byram service, products, and managed care contracts. RSM’s are responsible for ensure their teams maintain the same level of knowledge.
Territory Business Plans are to be developed and maintained up to date in collaboration with their Account Managers
All emails and voicemails should be returned within the same day.
Expense reports are to be completed and submitted weekly.

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degreerequired
3-5 yearshealthcaresales experiencewith a proven track record
2 years managing a team of field based Account Managers
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong communication skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple items at once
Ability to handle private and confidential information securely
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (List any travel requirements or special requirements for the role)
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the defined geographical region
Ability to travel up to90%
