What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of project managers by fostering a supportive, empowering, and inclusive work environment focused on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive flawless program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and schedules.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and supplier relations to deliver integrated program outcomes and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Champion collaboration and alignment across programs and sites by promoting transparency, effective communication, and shared ownership of goals.
  • Follow up on project milestones and ensure timely, data-driven decisions to maintain momentum and deliver results.
  • Support and guide your team in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks and issues swiftly.
  • Exercise sound judgment and take calculated risks that advance Bombardier’s objectives while maintaining operational and financial discipline.
  • Define and deploy program strategies in partnership with your team, tracking execution, measuring performance, and adapting plans as needed to ensure success.
  • Identify and capitalize on cost optimization and cash improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare compelling business cases to support strategic investments and resource decisions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment, commitment, and visibility of progress and priorities.
  • Lead change management initiatives to enable successful adoption of new strategies, processes, or technologies.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop talent, ensuring team members have the tools and opportunities to excel.

How to thrive in this role?

  • Hold a university degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Bring 6–10 years of experience in strategic project management and/or supplier relationship management within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Have at least 5 years of leadership experience, with a proven record of developing and motivating teams.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of project execution, delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
  • Are a collaborative, results-driven leader who thrives in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
  • Show professionalism, rigor, and creativity in all aspects of your work.
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Display a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Are bilingual in Spanish and English; French is considered an asset.
