Key Responsibilities:
Financial Performance
Accountable for product P&L and delivery of annual business targets, in collaboration with sales, distribution, and support units.
Product Development
Design, develop, and launch new product variants. Drive end-to-end execution, ensuring readiness across systems, processes, compliance, and legal approvals.
Product Management
Oversee portfolio performance, including product lifecycle, feature enhancements, migrations, and upgrades. Respond to customer and internal queries on products and promotions.
Cost & Profitability Management
Optimize product competitiveness while managing reward costs and feature expenses. Balance customer value with cost efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
Marketing & Communications
Drive product visibility through ATL and BTL campaigns. Enhance value propositions via targeted promotions and initiatives.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Review and update frameworks as needed.
