Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with National Account Sales leadership and National Account Managers to identify core challenges and opportunities within the sales cycle and create targeted enablement solutions.
  • Establish and track KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of all enablement programs and concepts.
  • Develop lead program tools to drive site attainment, key vertical market development, service sales initiatives.
  • Program lead platforms to maximize national account lead targets and drive activity tracking in Microsoft CE, Power BI reporting tools.
  • Oversee lead qualification process and distribute lead assignment to National Account Sales team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging, resource availability and process alignment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to facilitate the creation of high-quality, relevant sales tools.
  • Manage creation of data-drive presentations for senior sales leadership and executive reviews, combining sales performance, enablement results, and strategic recommendations into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Design and facilitate a structured, high-impact onboarding program for new sales hires to rapidly bring them to full productivity.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree with distinction in business, finance, or marketing preferred

Experience

  • Three years’ experience in security sales or related field, preferred by not required.

Travel

  • Internal meeting or trade event 2-3 times per year.
