The incumbent will be Responsible for M-Pesa strategy in the Kinshasa region. He will manager and supervise M-Pesa teams and channels in the region to deliver organization objectives.
He will lead allocated market in terms of acquisition of new customers, availability of agents’ outlets, availability of E-Money/Cash, POS visibility, products penetration, and quality of services.
Will lead all sales & distribution channels in the market to execute commercial activities and initiatives to achieve all allocated KPI’s.
