Global Logistics organizaion supporting warehouse operations and quality governance across Korea and Taiwan manufacturing and distribution operations.
This team is responsible for operational excellence, process compliance, serialization quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting Lam's global Logistics network.
Lead warehouse quality governance and operational compliance initiatives across LMK and LMT logistics operations.
Act as the primary Quality Case Owner (QCO) driving serialization quality management, process compliance, root cause investigation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, and Global teams to strengthen operational discipline, reduce quality escapes, and improve warehouse execution standards.
Support regional and global logistics transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with Lam operational and quality standards.
Lead warehouse quality governance activities across Korea and Taiwan logistics operations.
Serve as the primary Quality Case Owner (QCO) for operational quality issues and customer escalations.
Drive 8D, RCCA, and corrective action management for warehouse and logistics-related quality events.
Monitor and improve process compliance across receiving, putaway, picking, packing, consolidation, and shipping operations.
Partner with warehouse leadership teams to strengthen operational discipline and quality culture.
Coordinate with regional and global quality teams on serialization management and operational quality initiatives.
Lead continuous improvement activities including Gemba walks, process reviews, and operational risk assessments.
Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industry logistics operations.
Knowledge of serialization management and operational quality systems.
Experience with 8D, RCCA, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience supporting warehouse automation or logistics transformation initiatives
Familiarity with SAP, WMS, and warehouse operational systems.
Experience working with regional or global teams in matrix organizations.
