As part of Detection and Measurement, Aids to Navigation, including Flash, Sabik Marine and Sealite, are leading providers of lighting and navigational aids for the marine, obstruction, and airfield end markets. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a high performing inside sales and customer service team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting revenue growth. You will drive operational excellence across order management, sales support, and customer engagement processes while partnering cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams.
In this role, you will set direction, implement process improvements, and ensure consistent execution to enhance customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, and enable the success of the broader commercial organization.
