Job Overview

Lead the Materials Planning function to ensure seamless demand-supply alignment, material availability, inventory optimization, and on-time customer delivery. This role serves as a key business partner across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to drive planning excellence, improve planning processes, and support sustainable business growth while influencing broader supply chain performance.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead demand, supply, and material planning activities to support business objectives.
  • Drive forecast reviews, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and execution planning.
  • Monitor critical KPIs including Service Level, Inventory, STR, PDR, OTD, DOH, and Inventory Turns.
  • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service to resolve supply constraints.
  • Lead S&OP and planning improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Drive data-driven decision making and planning governance.
  • Develop and coach a high-performing planning team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Materials Planning, Production Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, MRP, inventory management, demand planning, and S&OP.
  • Experience managing high-mix, fast-paced manufacturing operations.
  • Strong analytical, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
  • Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
