【Business Unit】

Global Logistics (GLOG) JapanはTEのCorporate組織として全ての11BUにLogistics Serviceを提供します。

今回の募集はDCチームのリーダーとして、Distribution Center (DC)において業務の全般を任します。

4万平米超えのDCには完成品、中間品、原材料資材などを取り扱っています。

Job Requirements

・Overall manage the 3PL DC operation performance in Japan. Lead the team to achieve the goal and support business growth, including:

　日本における3PL運営するDC(約200名)全般をリードしビジネス目標の達成に貢献。

・Team management and talent development.

　チームマネジメントと部下育成

・DC related affairs, cost efficiency, customer satisfactory through the operation excellence.

　DC関連するコストの効率性、運営を通じて顧客満足度を向上。

・KPI report and Data analysis.

　KPIデータ分析とレポート。

・Stakeholder relationship management.

　工場、BU、3PLを含む各ステークホルダーとの関係構築やマネジメント。

・Manage team members, plus 3PL warehouse in Kakegawa.

部下と掛川にある3PL倉庫全般を管理。

What your background should look like

【応募資格】

・College education or above

　大卒以上

・Japanese and English skill　Business level

　ビジネスレベル日本語と英語

・Large scale (20,000m2+) distribution center management experience.

　2万平米以上/相当のDC倉庫管理経験

・SAP WMS preferred or other warehouse management system

　SAP WMS経験望ましい、或いは、同レベル倉庫管理システム

【業務経験】

<必須条件>

・10years plus working experience in logistics, particularly large scale warehouse and 3PL management.

　10年以上倉庫・現場管理、3PLとのコラボ経験

・Familiar with SAP WM, MM, SD or other major WMS

　優れたSAP WMS、MM、SD経験、或いはそのたのメジャーWMS

・Continuous improvement mindset

　継続的な改善志向

・Fluent in Japanese and English (important for global team communication)

　ビジネスレベル日本語と英語

・Team player (over 5 years) and good interpersonal skill.

　管理者(5年以上)でありながらチームワークマインドを持ち、臨時応変に対応できるマインドセット

・Automotive industry experience, B2B in eletronic industry, logistics industry

　自動車部品業界経験、電子部品業界でのB2B経験、物流業界経験

・Desire to grow in a global organization

　グローバル組織で成長意欲がある方

・Experience with large scale (30,000~40,000m2) warehouse, flexible mindset

3～４万平米規模の倉庫を管理した経験、臨時応変に対応できるマインドセットをお持ちの方
