Job Requirements

1. Work closely with regional, BU and corporate TEOA leaders to gain their latest requirements, procedure and best practice sharing and transform into internal practice and improve TEOA implementation system of Kunshan plant
2. TEOA website metrics maintain, improvement cases preparation, collection and sharing, benchmark against peer factories

Align with Corporate requirements and achieve the metrics required in a sustainable way

1. Work closely with cross functions to prepare annual TEOA target and breakdown to actionable requests reflected on each leader's goal and have monthly review to track the progress
2. Leverage training material from existing database and prepare the tailored training material to educate Kunshan's team to gradually embrace and live on TEOA methodology and mindset in daily work
3. Take lead of CIP (continual improvement program), also called KTS (kaizen talent show) in a quarterly basis but it should be integrated into daily work to inspire and motivate team (especially leaders, engineers and technicians) to be agile for every improvement opportunity and be eager to make it happen
4. Build or continuously improve digital manufacturing system from overall plant operational efficiency perspective, such as Andon, MDY, OEE, AI learning and applications

7.TEOA star level and sustainable maintain Plant conversion saving/ improvement targets

1. Understand manufauring process and technology to proactively guide and support team to put TEOA tools into application (engineering content improvement), gradually build TEOA mindset at everyone
2. Be responsible for visitors acceptance, especially customers to vividly and timely understand what's true requirements from customers and transform into internal process thru systemic VSM
3. Attend EHS weekly gemba walk
4. Support other improvements initiated by other functions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education, Technical Qualification & Experience

1. Bachelor degree in engineering or related major;
2. Five years’ work experience in manufacturing industry; solid skills on manufacturing process improvement, layout optimization etc;
3. Good English reading and writing skill and have the ability to communicate with foreign colleagues orally;
4. Demonstrated leadership and influence with experience driving organizational change
5. Familiar with various lean tools, and have hands-on experience in implementation (such as value stream mapping, TMP, Standard work, SMED, Cell design etc.)
6. Has the training ability to teach the company's Lean tools
7. Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multidisciplinary team environment.
8. Project management, data analysis and possess the ability to analyze data and use critical thinking to reach logical conclusions, experience in Power BI/Tableau is preferred;
9. Have digital factory deployment, transformation experience is preferred

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
