What you will do

Role Purpose

As a Mgr, Global Digital Deployment, you will serve as the functional owner responsible for executing the deployment of Global Deliver digital capabilities — coordinating roll-out, maintaining process and solution documentation, tracking adoption, and supporting value realization across NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The role applies solid supply chain / Deliver process knowledge to keep priority digital solutions running reliably and adopted in the regions, working closely with GPOs, regional BPOs, and enterprise digital partners (T&D and D&A).

Key Responsibilities

Process Design & Standardization

  • Partner with the GPO and regional BPOs to map current-state Deliver / Order-to-Cash and Cost-to-Serve processes, surfacing pain points and hand-offs, and supporting the design of harmonized target-state processes.
  • Support the authorship of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with GPO/BPO and solution owners, and own the ongoing maintenance of BRDs, standardized deployment playbooks, and SOPs for priority capabilities such as Cost-to-Serve, Shipment Tracker, Load Optimization, OTIF-D and IA/AI.
  • Apply Deliver process standards (L3–L5) consistently across markets, securing agreement between Regional BPO and GPO stakeholders.

Digital Capability Deployment

  • Coordinate roll-out activities for priority capabilities — Cost-to-Serve (CTR/CTD), Shipment Tracker, Load Optimization, OTIF-D, AI/IA — with regional stakeholders.
  • Track adoption and progress against agreed milestones; conduct quarterly readiness and adoption reviews (target ≥90% sustained adoption).
  • Support the capability lifecycle — from digital intake and BRD through UAT and go-live.

Data Quality Governance

  • Apply and maintain the standardized Digital Solutions Data Quality framework; document KDE ownership, validation standards, and escalation processes.
  • Monitor D&A data-quality dashboards and facilitate resolution of data-quality issues with solution owners (target ≥20–30% reduction in critical exceptions).

Business Impact & Value Realization

  • Partner with regional BPOs/GPOs and SMEs to track agreed benefit targets tied to Deliver digital capabilities.
  • Leverage D&A adoption reporting to socialize insights and provide adoption/benefit updates into existing leadership forums; escalate risks and gaps.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Support scaling of analytics capabilities across regions; facilitate knowledge transfer and document best practices and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by embedding basic process controls and KPI measurement into deployed solutions.

Team & Culture

  • Guide and support direct report(s) and extended project resources; contribute to Global Deliver culture, engagement, and recognition initiatives.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business (APICS / SCOR a plus).
  • 8-10 years in supply chain / Deliver operations with a good end-to-end understanding of transportation, warehousing, order-to-cash, and cost-to-serve.
  • Process mapping and standardization experience; familiarity with SCOR-based process modelling.
  • Experience supporting digital/analytics solution deployment in a multi-market environment (BRDs, UAT, adoption tracking).
  • Data fluency — comfortable with Power BI / Tableau dashboards and data-quality basics.
  • Strong stakeholder management across regions and functions; able to secure alignment between global and regional owners.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or PMP certification a plus.
  • Working knowledge of multi-enterprise networks, SAP, TMS, CRM, control tower platforms, trade compliance/operations platforms
  • Background in FMCG/CPG or other large multinational, multi-market environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/IA-enabled supply chain solutions (e.g., GenAI insights, load optimization, predictive ETA/exception tools).
  • Strong written communication skills for authoring BRDs, SOPs, and playbooks across multi-region audiences, with comfort operating in matrixed APAC/EMEA/NA/LATAM structures.
