内容营销经理

职位职责：

1．内容策略规划

- æ ¹æ®è…¾è®¯é¡¹ç›®è¥é”€ç›®æ ‡ï¼Œåˆ¶å®šç¤¾äº¤åª’ä½“æŠ•æ”¾çš„æ•´ä½“ç­–ç•¥ä¸Žæ‰§è¡Œæ–¹æ¡ˆ

- 结合品牌调性与受众特征，甄选适配腾讯内容生态的达人矩阵

- 合理分配预算，提升整体平台投入产出比

2．内容营销执行优化

- 负责KOL/KOC的筛选、内容把控及供应商管理，确保达人内容符合项目要求

- 结合腾讯现有营销玩法，设计适配的腾讯各端口的机制玩法并落地

3．数据复盘

- æŒç»­è¿½è¸ªå†…å®¹è¥é”€å…³é”®æŒ‡æ ‡ï¼ŒæŠ•æ”¾äº§å‡ºæ¯”åŠæ•ˆçŽ‡

- 定期输出内容营销复盘报告，分析成效与问题，提炼可复用的经验

- 基于数据洞察优化后续投放策略，实现效果迭代提升

Qualifications

任职要求：

1. 拥有社交媒体运营和内容营销经验，快消品、医美相关优先考虑；

2. 大学本科及以上教育背景；

3. 熟悉各大社交媒体运营模式，能独立完成工作任务，有成熟案例者优先；

4. 逻辑清晰，沟通表达能力强，能适应一定压力，接受出差。
