Full Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period, Day Shift

Responsible for providing clinical leadership in an acute care intellectual disability inpatient unit. The Clinical Services Manager oversees the provision of clinical services and the implementation of therapeutic programming. Assures that services are provided by qualified professionals and are compliant with all requirements. Responsible for effective coordination of services by providers and facilitating supervision of clinical staff. Develops performance targets and assures their successful completion. Provides leadership for continuous performance improvement for the hospital’s services, operations, and functions. Provides clinical and administrative leadership, guidance, support, and supervision to program employees of all disciplines.
Minimum Education
Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, psychology or education.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years supervisory experience required. Strong leadership skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Licensure Requirement
Must have and maintain: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
