How You Succeed
To succeed in Group Audit at OCBC, you will:
Collaborate across teams — work closely with auditors (domain experts), audit data engineers and audit data scientists, and build a strong network with AI, Digital and Data (ADD) stakeholders to deliver impactful, high-quality audit outcomes
Think critically and challenge assumptions — ask the right questions, exercise curiosity, and apply sound audit judgement

What You Do
Independently develop and apply AI-driven solutions for Generative AI (GenAI), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning (ML) and Agentic AI for continuous risk assessments, audit planning, audit testing, continuous control auditing, stakeholder reporting and issue validation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, to co-create innovative and scalable solutions using the latest in Cloud, ML Operations and enterprise platforms
Collaborate with audit teams across countries to identify key risk & control problems where GenAI, RAG, ML or Agentic AI solutions could be applied
Evaluate model performance, implement and deploy GenAI, RAG, ML and Agentic AI solutions on OCBC Infrastructure at scale
Introduce innovative ideas and technologies to improve the effectiveness and sophistication of GenAI and ML solutions

Who You Are
Postgraduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and deploying data science solutions
Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and modern ML libraries
Experience with deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning, and exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Apache Spark
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jira) is a plus
Highly curious with a passion for applying advance analytics techniques to solving problem statements relating to continuous risk assessments, audit planning, continuous control auditing and audit reporting. Experience in applying Agentic AI design that are scalable and production-grade would be an advantage
Strong communication skills for explaining technical solutions to non-technical audiences
