Responsibilities

Production

  • Lead on the execution of the daily production plan & monitor the true efficiency & net efficiency
  • Monitor the water usage, Energy & waste of the PL and ensure meeting set KPIs for both
  • Communicate machine downtime on spot
  • Fill in the daily M&W production report
  • Request & receive the production raw & pack material on SAP and deliver finished good to the warehouse
  • Follow up the production line cleanliness before/after & during production shift

Autonomous Maintenance

  • Execute production line autonomous maintenance (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening)
  • Own work order process from Autonomous maintenance on SAP PM
  • own the production line lubrication map & follow up on the inspection/ Tightening list per machine

Preventive Maintenance

  • Supervise the line Preventive Maintenance Tech with setting & executing the monthly PM plan/line
  • Execute actions for corrective & preventive maintenance tasks via PM techs & OM
  • Ensure the production line preventive maintenance compliance via own PM techs

Trouble shooting

  • Lead on the production line minor mechanical stoppages trouble shooting (0-30Min)
  • Escalate major mechanical stoppages to concerned mechanical engineer (30Min+)
  • Partner with mechanical engineer in root cause analysis
  • Escalate both minor & major electric breakdowns to electric engineer
  • Ensure production line restart in stable condition after failure

Planned maintenance/overhaul

  • supervise maintenance action plan as per timelines & accountabilities
  • report daily progress to maintenance team
  • Ensure Implementation of CQV to enable line restart in a stable condition’

Spare parts

  • Alert mechanical engineer with consumable spare parts minimum stock

With own team:

  • Develop and train own operate maintain technicians to continuously meet set KPIs
  • Monitor the outsourced labor online to ensure performing assigned tasks as needed

Others

  • Act as a circle leader as part of the TPM (AM agenda in plant)
  • Meet the set KPIs for all plant’s audit (AIB/ GESMS)
  • Follow and apply all quality, food safety, EHS guidelines and policies

Measures (TBC)

  • Line True efficiency & Net Efficiency
  • Preventive maintenance compliance / production line
  • TPM score for own circle (production line)
  • Mean Time Between failure for the production line (MTBF)
  • Own circle AIB score for maintenance (200)
  • GEHMS score for own line.


Qualifications

• Engineering graduate
• From 0-1 year of experience
• English language & computer fluency
• Trouble shooting skills
• Basic leadership skills
• Ability to work with diverse cultures
