The MFG & Process Development Engineer II is responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, operational stability, and cost efficiency. This role supports production through process improvements, technical problem-solving, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing improvement projects.
Proficient in data analysis and process optimization.
Intermediate to advanced English skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Optimize manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, and productivity targets.
Analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
Support new product introductions, validations, and process transfers.
Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
Utilize data analysis tools to drive operational improvements.
