1. Realization and development of the optimum Die process considering (Quality/Cost/Delivery) for Automotive parts in China.
2. Control vendor's die design service for new product development with the objective of supporting new die development before mass production within TE Suzhou's policies, procedures and guidelines.
3. Support the development of machined part (Terminal, Bolt. Busbar, Nut…).
Key responsibilities of the job
1. Estimate and quote for proto-type, and mass production die considering of Investment, Capacity, Capability
2. Design/Build up/Release the die within CER standard request
3. Lead-time management for build up die
4. Plan and implement of continuous improvement
5. Benchmark and development of new technology
6. Good training for the supplier
7. Stamping CIP ability
8. Familiar with Plating, Die processing and Stamping lead time and cost
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
1. Junior college above, major in Engineering mechanics, machine manufacture, machine design is preferred
2. More than 3-5 years working experience about die project/die design or related work, automotive experience is better
3. AutoCAD is must
4. Being familiar with Pro/E is better
