Job Description

• Support layout analysis and evaluations for production lines and work areas
• Assist in headcount (HC) analysis and manpower requirement calculations
• Help validate MMR, OEE, and UPH based on established standards
• Participate in time studies and standard setting activities
• Collect, analyze, and validate production data for IE reports
• Support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare basic reports and presentations for IE and operations reviews
• Follow established IE methods, tools, and standards

Education

• BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience (internships or OJT considered)
• Exposure to manufacturing or production environments is an advantage

Skills

• Basic understanding of:
  • Layout and process flow analysis; Autocad
  • Manpower and capacity calculations
  • MMR, OEE, and UPH concepts
• Proficient in Excel and basic data analysis
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
