你需要做的是：
1.负责编制、审查与制造相关的技术文件；
2.负责图纸的工艺性审查并及时沟通解决；
3.负责设备及工装工具的准备，具有相关的工装设计能力。
4.负责产品工艺指导及工时测算评估能力，及时解决生产过程中的工艺及质量问题；
5.负责参与研发中心新产品开发流程，做好相应新产品文件（FC&PFMEA等）的编制工作，并负责后续更新；
6.协助人力资源发展部岗位培训，提高员工操作技能和理论水平，标准化工人操作；
7.负责对外加工单位的能力调查，对外加工零件进行工艺和技术指导；
8.积极参与改善项目；
9.搞好与各相关部门的沟通与合作，主动到生产现场了解工艺状况，并不断改善。定期对车间现场工艺纪律检查；
10.完成上级临时分派的任务；
11.协助生产部贯彻公司的制造标准和压力容器有关法规、规程和标准。

我们期望的是：
1. 制冷或机械制造等工科相关专业本科以上学历；
2.三年以上机械制造工艺或设计相关工作经验。空调制冷工艺相关经验，优先考虑。
3.良好的英语听说读写能力；良好的协调、沟通能力。
4.熟悉使用CAD及办公软件，会熟练使用BI，RPA等相关软件优先考虑。
