職務内容
主な職務内容は次の通りですが、以下に限定されるものではございません。
工場の中核インフラが生産実行システム（Siview）および資材管理システム（MCS）と連携できるように確認する。また、組織の目標を達成するため、生産性を効果的かつ効率的に向上させる。
1. 顧客のニーズに応えるため、ファブ工場の生産性を最大化する効果的な企画を立案する。
2. 機械と設備統合のアプリケーションを連携させ、機械からデータや作業状態を収集する。また、管理と調整のためのシステムを開発する。
3. 生産目標の達成、ファブ工場の運営力の向上、ばらつきの大幅的低減のため、構造化した方法を提供できる効果的なスケジューリングシステムを構築し、維持する。
4. 優先順位が変化する物事に迅速に対応し、納期が重なる可能性のある複数プロジェクトを管理する。
5. 効果的なコミュニケーションでチーム内のメンバーを管理し、チーム理念を構築する。
（注）ファブ工場のウェーハ出荷目標をサポートするためのDL(Direct Labors)管理、また生産ツールや製品をスムーズに出荷するためのチーム構築も必要
6. ロボティックワークステーション、検出装置、データベース/インフォマティクスツールが顧客と約束した目標を達成できるようにエンジニアリングチームと協力する。
応募資格
1. 産業工学、製造、生産工学、産業管理、計算機科学、機械自動化工学、または関連分野の理学士号以上。学士号または修士号が望ましい。
2. 言語スキル
英語：コミュニケーション/ 会話的なレベル
日本語：ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル（日本語能力試験N2以上）
中国語ができれば尚可
3. 最適化アルゴリズム、産業工学（IE）、情報技術（IT）、またはその他関連分野に関する知識がある方
4. ひたむきな情熱でチームのモチベーションを高め、リードし、指導できる方
5. チームワークが得意であり、ダイナミックでペースの速い環境で複数タスクを同時進行できる方
6. MFGには、通常勤務と二交代制勤務の2つ勤務形態があります。従業員は職務割当に基づき、いずれかの勤務形態で勤務する必要があります。
（注）二交代制勤務は、日勤（07:30-19:30）と夜勤（19:30-07:30）があります。3日連続勤務の後、3日連続休日となり、日勤と夜勤は一定期間後に交代となります。
