Key Responsibilities This is a supervisory level role within the Medicaid Fraud and Patient Abuse Division. The incumbent must have at least 3 years of experience investigating Medicaid fraud cases and cases involving patient abuse, neglect, or exploitation, is recognized as an expert or highly skilled in investigative procedures, and must be law enforcement certified. Responsibilities include managing a caseload appropriate for a supervisory position, providing guidance and leadership to the division, and overseeing subordinate investigators. Duties involve making hiring recommendations, determining workloads, delegating assignments, conducting training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions as necessary.
