职位描述
1、负责配合工程师进行涂装焊点、弧焊、SPR、激光焊等相关关连接问题的分析及处理。 2、负责配合工程师进行涂装强度的保证,负责非破检及破检中连接问题的记录分析及整改。 3、负责涂装连接点UT(超声波)检查工作的执行及问题的拉动分析及整改。 4、负责涂装连接参数的定期校准及验证,连接设备的标定等工作。 5、负责响应车间连接问题的处理及追溯的执行。
职位要求
1、教育及工作经验:高中/中专/技校或以上学历,机械/焊接/汽车关专业。 2、3年以上大型整车厂涂装车间质量相关工作经验。 3、能够熟悉使用A扫描及C扫描超声波无损检查设备。 4、熟悉/了解白涂装破坏性检查、金相试验。 5、有无损检测资格证书优先。 6、、熟练使用基本的Office办公软件。 7、熟悉白涂装焊、螺柱焊、弧焊、激光焊等连接工艺,焊接质量缺陷,具有质量控制意识及认真负责的工作态度。 8、有较强的沟通技巧和心理素质,具有一定的抗压能力。
