职位描述
-参与新工厂新车型及产能提升项目的工艺方案规划，推进方案落地执行； -负责现场工艺方案layout图绘制； -负责工位工时的评估及工位平衡的优化，核算操作人员数量； -通过人机优化、工位平衡和持续改善提高生产效率，完成工厂精益化指标达成； -负责现场技改项目的方案规划，精益推进； -参与整车试制，响应并解决试制过程中现场问题，验证工艺、设备方案； -参与评估工程变更对现场的影响，审核并批准变更工艺方案，完成工艺文件更新及验证； -参与现场工艺及质量问题的分析与解决，熟悉运用8D等质量工具，并总结相关经验教训； -完成团队安排的其他任务。
职位要求
-本科或以上学历，理工科背景，英语熟练； -8年及以上总装工艺相关经验； -熟练使用Office、AutoCAD，Catia等软件； -熟悉FMEA、CP及其他质量管理工具； -良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神； -能接受高强度工作节奏。
