职位描述
1.负责总装车间设备团队日常管理、人员统筹及人才培养，搭建稳定的运维团队。 2.落地TPM设备管理体系，制定设备维保计划，管控OEE等核心设备指标，保障产线稳定运行。 3.统筹设备故障抢修、异常问题复盘闭环，主导设备技改、效率优化及降本改善工作。 4.负责设备备品备件、维保预算管控，推进设备运维标准化、数字化落地。 5.落实设备EHS及5S管理，规范设备操作流程，杜绝安全事故。 6.统筹新设备导入、调试验收，对接内外部资源，保障生产顺利交付。 7.负责设备数字化运营的推进，将AI、大数据、大模型等新兴技术手段应用于设备管理。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，机电、自动化、机械电气等相关专业。 2.8年以上整车总装设备运维经验，3年以上设备团队管理经验，新能源车企经验优先。 3.熟悉总装自动化产线、机器人、拧紧机、机运转接设备、升降机等核心设备，精通TPM全流程管理。 4.具备较强的现场问题处置、项目推进及跨部门协同能力。 5.熟悉工厂EHS管理规范，安全标准，抗压能力强，适配工厂生产节奏。 6.认同蔚来价值观，具备精益改善与数字化运维思维。 7.有新项目启动经历优先。
