Job Title: LatAm: Mexico Corp's - Financing & Derivatives

Corporate Title: Sales Associate

Location: Mexico City

The Sales Coverage Support Associate supports the Sales team in their client coverage activities by providing analytical, administrative, and operational assistance. The role does not engage in revenue-generating activities but contributes to the efficient management of client relationships and sales opportunities through research, preparation of client materials, and coordination of internal and external interactions.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct client, industry, and market research to support Sales activities and client discussions.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and other client-related documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating interactions with prospective and existing clients.
  • Support client account-related activities and help facilitate the resolution of client inquiries.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Origination, Trading, Client Services, and Operations, to obtain information and ensure timely follow-up on client requests.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to client coverage activities.
  • Support the execution of internal processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable internal policies, procedures, and external legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Sales Coverage teams and relevant business partners.
  • Contribute to delivering a high standard of client service and operational support.
