We’re hiring an Operations Manager to support a newly launched consumer brand operating across direct-to-consumer and retail distribution channels. This role sits between sales and operations and owns inventory planning, purchase orders, and product movement across a distributed warehouse network. Strong communication skills and North America time zone alignment are critical for success.
Forecast cash flow needs tied to inventory and purchasing
Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and vendors
Coordinate shipments between 3PL partners and regional warehouses
Monitor stock levels across multiple warehouse locations
Act as the main liaison between sales and operations teams
Maintain accurate inventory reporting and re-order planning
Work closely with warehouse partners to prevent stockouts
Google Sheets (advanced use)
Inventory and order management systems
Slack, Zoom, Email
Basic financial tracking tools
3–5 years of freelancing experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).
4–6+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory management
Strong cash flow forecasting and planning skills
Comfortable coordinating across multiple external partners
Experience with retail or distributed warehouse networks is a strong plus
Availability aligned with North American business hours
Monday to Friday, with some overlap with US business hours, preferred
