Job Title:

Metrology Technician III

The Role:

• Tool management and calibration

• 量測工具管理與校正

• Calibration of measuring instruments / Repeatability & Reproducibility (R&R) evaluation / Assurance of measurement accuracy

• 量測儀器校正／量測系統重複性與再現性（R&R）評估／確保量測結果之準確性

• Yield improvement on the production / Support for defect analysis

• 生產品質良率提升／支援不良品分析

In this role you will:

• Calibration interval (frequency) setting and execution for each measurement instrument and jig

• 各量測儀器與治具之校正週期（頻率）制定與執行

• Management of calibration due dates (prevention ofexpiration) / Replacement and conformity verification of calibrated tools

• 校正到期日管理（避免逾期）／校正工具之更換及符合性確認

• Management of the master list, change history, and maintenance records

• 主清單、變更歷程及維護紀錄之管理

• Support for yield improvement

• 支援良率提升

Your success will be measured by:

• Calibration of measuring instruments is carried out as planned, and the calibration intervals for each instrument are appropriately defined and strictly followed

• 依計畫執行量測儀器校正作業，並妥善設定各儀器之校正週期且確實遵循執行

• Contributed to yield improvement byleveragingmeasurement data analysis

• 透過量測數據分析，促進並支持生產良率提升
