We are looking for young talents to join an 18‑month program designed to develop the future leaders of our multichannel business. A structured, international, and high‑impact experience within METRO, ideal for those who want to grow and make a difference.
The goal of the Talent Program is to accelerate professional development through a structured path that builds technical expertise, project‑management capabilities, and leadership skills. The program includes three key experiences: an operational rotation in one of our Stores, a period at our headquarters and an international assignment in one of our countries abroad.
The program includes
• 7 months in-store, with the opportunity to gain experience within the Sales Force team and fully understand the dynamism of our business
• 7 months at our headquarter in San Donato Milanese (MI), where you will collaborate with different teams in key roles across the organization
• 4 months abroad, in one of our international countries, where you will take on a project with a global scope
During the program you will benefit from:
