What is your role?

As Metrics Data Specialist you will be responsible for defining, managing, and advancing the measurement strategy for the AI Enablement department. This role provides the data foundation that allows leaders to monitor adoption, business impact, operational performance, and opportunities for continuous improvement across AI initiatives.

What will you do?

  • In collaboration with the metrics lead and stake holders, define and maintain a department-wide metrics framework for AI Enablement priorities..
  • Establish key performance indicators, reporting standards, and data definitions aligned to business and functional objectives.
  • Establish data validation frameworks and methods to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop recurring dashboards, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms for leadership and stakeholder review.
  • Analyze trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities to support decision-making and prioritization
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for executive and cross-functional audiences

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 3-5+ years Experience in analytics, performance measurement, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Experience building KPIs, dashboards, or management reporting for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and Databricks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
