Could you be the full-time Methods & Tools Industrial Quality Engineer in Chorzów we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality and process expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and supportive teammates.

You'll help enhance industrial quality methods and tools, driving innovation and excellence in our processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (industrial teams, quality teams, and digital tool experts), develop and deploy quality standards, and manage activities related to digital tools like GSI and AOS, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of delivering industrial quality standard trainings and defining workstation audit plans, but also building improvement plans at the site level.


We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing Industrial Quality Methods & Tools activities, including processes and performance
  • Developing and deploying processes, tools, and quality standards (e.g., Quality Control Plans)
  • Driving detection improvements through innovation and digital tools
  • Developing Standard Quality Boards
  • Managing quality activities related to digital tools (Quality Key User for GSI and AOS)
  • Defining workstation audits planning and building improvement plans at the site level
  • Managing APSYS improvement plans



All about you

  • Master’s degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical…) or equivalent for Engineer
  • Experience in industrial quality processes, systems and tools (e.g., Problem Solving, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Familiarity with technical drawings and test equipment
  • Special Process Qualification (min. Level 1)
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills required
  • Emerging experience in team or project management
  • Railway industry experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IRIS, CMMI standards is a plus
