Job Description

Coordina y ejecuta las actividades de ingeniería para generar la información técnica a nivel de planta, para asegurar que los métodos de trabajo, equipo y herramental están listos, para una ejecución sin fallas, en términos de calidad, entrega y costo desde las fases de planeación, lanzamiento y cambios de ingeniería.

Responsibilities

  • Ejecuta y coordina las actividades en base al plan desarrollado por el líder de proyecto "Car leader", para alcanzar los objetivos del programa en cada fase de construcción.
  • Analiza las propuestas de cambio de ingeniería y en base a estas notifica el impacto en equipo y herramental al líder de proyecto "Car leader" y a Ingeniería de producto.
  • Liderea el control de los cambios de ingeniería y las revisiones de diseño.
  • Es el responsable del diseño del sistema de manufactura, de modo que se asegure, la calidad, salida y eficiencia para cada familia de arneses en el programa asignado.
  • Asegurar que la maquinaria y equipo necesario es entregada e instalada para cumplir con la capacidad de proceso requerida, de acuerdo a los procesos y el diseño del sistema de manufactura.
