Your mission
In the context of high-quality standards and continuous improvement, we are looking for a Methods Engineer to improve the reliability and optimisation of our production processes. The Methods Engineer (M/F) will be responsible for improving USPF's competitiveness and enabling the production unit to achieve its objectives in terms of quality, productivity, profitability, safety and the environment. Reporting to the Innovation Manager, this cross-functional and strategic role involves collaboration with the production, design office, analysis laboratory, product quality, R&D and industrial development teams. You have a master's degree in methods, production management, industrial systems engineering, or a general or specialised engineering degree (materials engineering, process engineering, etc.). Experience in an industrial setting is required, ideally in a production environment and in metallurgy.
