Job Duties

• Manufacturing process development and implementation
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and protoype-to-production transition.
• Manufacturing routing, process planning, and work center development
• Develops preliminary cost estimates to support studies of product feasibility and assists in establishing selling price
• CNC machining processes, NC programming, and production methods analysis
• Engineering drawing and complex print interpretation
• Production planning and manufacturing capacity analysis
• Lean manufacturing and operational excellence practices
• Cost reduction, productivity improvement, and process standardization
• Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in methods analysis and NC programming
