We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join the
DWW Akademie
team.
Design and develop training programs in accounting, HR, and other office-based professions for adult learners starting a new career in Germany;
Create learning experiences that help adult students confidently transition into a new profession and prepare for employment in the German job market;
act as the owner of the educational program: define the instructional strategy of the course, make decisions regarding its development, and ensure that students achieve the intended learning outcomes;
Work closely with subject-matter experts
(German speakers)
: conduct interviews and co-create webinar scripts, presentations, and methodological materials for instructors and students;
Develop course components such as tests, assignments, texts, long reads, and other educational content formats;
Define quality standards for educational programs and approaches to assessing learning outcomes;
At least 3 years of experience as an instructional designer or methodologist;
Excellent command of
Russian (C2)

German
language proficiency at
C1
level;
Strong understanding of instructional design principles (backward design, learner-centered approaches, learning experience design);
Interest in modern trends in instructional and learning design, with the ability to apply them in practice;
Research skills, including the ability to analyze target audiences and create learner profiles;
Ability to collaborate effectively with subject-matter experts and extract knowledge through interviews and joint work;
Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to the needs of adult learners;
Ability to work collaboratively, justify design decisions, and find creative solutions;
Readiness to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and handle large volumes of information.
Experience designing programs and materials that combine professional content with language development (CLIL approach).

Full-time position. Working hours: 10:00–19:00 (Berlin time);
Salary: €1,500–2,000 per month;
