Could you be the full-time Method Engineer in Katowice we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful industrialization of signalling products developed in Poland. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, manage industrial processes for electrical products, and contribute to product competitiveness through cost optimization, lead time reduction, and quality improvement.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Creating verification and validation documentation, including plans, procedures and requirement Active participation in new products quotation as a part of multi-competency team
  • Participation/leading of NPI's
  • Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information
  • Develop and design robust manufacturing concepts to simplify/improve manufacturing processes
  • Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying value-added and non-value-added activities
  • Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs,
  • Preparing of work instructions, process descriptions, operator guides
  • Identify opportunities to prevent waste and inefficiency in production
  • Technical documentation analysis in terms of technical feasibility (DFM)
  • Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
  • Participation in the management of special processes

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 2-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience
  • Ability to work independently or in a cross functional environment
  • Very good English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitasking
  • Strong CAD capabilities: Zuken, Solid Edge, AutoCAD
