1Analyzes, assesses, and improves asset integrity, reliability, and effectiveness of preventative and predictive maintenance based on data collected through Inspection, Testing and Maintenance program activity. Performs/participates in inspections, reliability incidents investigations, rotating equipment reliability analyses, optimizations, and mechanical integrity reviews; incorporates findings into the asset care strategy.
Manages group and employee work to align with corporate/department objectives. Direct reports are typically individual contributors.

The Metals Craft Lead is responsible for assessing and improving craft competency, reliability, and effectiveness of routine maintenance activities within refinery operations. This role drives the development and execution of craft training, capability building, and workforce planning to ensure alignment with business needs.
The position manages craft programs and workforce development initiatives, supporting continuous improvement in safety, technical skills, and operational performance. The role also partners with Maintenance Leadership, Learning & Development, and other stakeholders to enhance training strategies and workforce readiness.
