The Greenbushes Lithium Operation is located in a unique residential setting proximal to the Town of Greenbushes nestled atop the picturesque Darling Scarp. Being an active stakeholder in the broader community is integral to our core business values of safety, transparency and inclusiveness. We are looking for safety focused, independent, detail orientated and positive individuals who are willing to learn with a can-do attitude to join the processing team in the role of Metallurgical Technician.
The primary responsibilities of a Metallurgical Technician include collecting and analysing plant samples, conducting test work in the metallurgical lab, assisting with plant surveys and research projects, collating test work results.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working an attractive residential flexible roster.

Talison is a private company owned by two companies under a joint venture arrangement - Tianqi Lithium Corporation/IGO Limited JV (51%) and Albemarle Corporation (49%). In anticipation of sustained growth in lithium consumption, driven primarily by the secondary lithium battery market, Talison has more than doubled its production capacity at the Greenbushes Lithium Operation to supply feedstock for the Kwinana Lithium Hydroxide Refinery near Perth and Albemarle's Kemerton Lithium Hydroxide Plant near Bunbury.
