Wagner is hiring a Metal Polisher / Buffing Operator to help create high-quality finished metal products. In this hands-on role, you’ll use polishing and buffing equipment to achieve clean, consistent finishes on a variety of custom and standard metal parts.

What You’ll Do

· Operate polishing and buffing equipment to achieve high-quality metal finishes

· Select abrasives, wheels, and tools based on material and finish requirements

· Grind and polish welds while maintaining contours and dimensions

· Work with a variety of metal products and custom components

· Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

· Support and train team members as needed

What We’re Looking For

· Experience with metal polishing, buffing, grinding, or fabrication preferred

· Comfortable using handheld pneumatic or electric tools

· Strong attention to detail and finish quality

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

· Basic math and measurement skills

· Active role requiring standing, lifting, and repetitive hand movements

· Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
